OTC is 40 Years Old!
The Offshore Technology Conference will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2009 with special commemorations throughout the event. OTC has been a successful conference for 40 years in part because of the growth of the number of international companies represented in the exhibition. Show your pride in being part of this event! Download our special 40th anniversary logo for OTC 2009. You can use the logo and your booth number in your advertisements and promotional materials to direct your audience to visit your booth at OTC. Be sure to also review the OTC Logo Policy and the OTC Website Links Policy.

Shipping of Exhibit Materials
Many of you have seen the Target Move-In schedules located on the home page of the ESM. Be sure to check this section as well as the Exhibit Schedule. Failure to comply with the move-in instructions of OTC/Freeman will result in shipments being subject to special equipment rental and crew time charges, and/or refusal of entry into the exhibit area.
Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials at the Freeman Warehouse until 22 April. Shipments arriving after this date are subject to additional charges.
Freeman will accept shipments directly to Reliant Park beginning Wednesday, 29 April at 0800 hours or in accordance with the assigned target date.
POV (Privately Owned Vehicles) Express Program
The POV Express program for each exhibiting area will again be offered this year. Please click on your prospective area below for more detailed information. Privately Owned Vehicles (POV’s) are defined as cars, pick-up trucks, vans, small tow trailers, and other trucks less than 12 feet. We will all need to work together to make this as efficient as possible for everyone. Please note that there must be two people in the car if you are going to unload your exhibit material yourself. Your vehicle may never be left unattended.
RELIANT CENTER PAVILION STADIUM
IMPORTANT: This service is not for exhibitors with straight/bobtail trucks or for contract carriers. Trucks such as these, and all other vehicles should check in at the Marshaling Yard.
Any questions or concerns regarding the POV Express Program should be directed to:

OTC 2010 Prospectus
On Monday evening, 4 May, the 2010 OTC Prospectus will be dropped in each exhibit booth. OTC will again be assigning booths in accordance with the Priority Points Program that has been in effect for many years. Although, you will have until the Priority Deadline Date to submit your application for 2010, if you should happen to have the same number of Points as another exhibitor, the booths will be assigned according to application date. Passing of OTC’s Sally Goldesberry
IN LOVING MEMORY
It is with great sorrow that OTC announces the passing of Sally Goldesberry after a short battle with cancer. Sally was senior manager of meetings and exhibits for SPE, with overall responsibility for meetings and tradeshows held in the Americas. She also was director of meetings and exhibitions for the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC).
“With her ability to juggle thousands of detailsand manage a large team of very capable vendors and staff, Sally made OTC run smoothly,” said Stephen Graham, Associate Executive Manager, Offshore Technology Conference.
Her family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Williams Syndrome Association, www.williams-syndrome.org, in honor of her grandson Zosh Haney, in memory of Sally Goldesberry.
