Material Handling and Freight Services
Listed below are a portion of the forms that you might need for your display at OTC for shipping, installation, and dismantling. Visit Freeman Online for all information concerning Material Handling and Freight Services.
OTC has appointed Freeman as the exclusive contractor to control access to the Reliant Park of all delivery and freight trucks, administer assignment and usage of loading docks, and supervise the Houston Union Labor responsible for the loading and unloading of freight shipments.
Freeman will begin accepting boxed, crated, or skidded materials at the warehouse address beginning 3 April 2009. To avoid additional after deadline charges, materials must arrive by 22 April 2009.
Freeman will accept shipments at the show site address beginning Wednesday, 29 April 2009 at 8:00 a.m. or in accordance with the assigned target date.
All forms should be submitted directly to Freeman.
