Registration Information


Credit card payment only (OTC accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards).

Please note: Registration forms are no longer being accepted by mail or fax. If you cannot register online, please make plans to register on-site in Reliant Center or Reliant Arena. See on-site registration hours.


Badge Pickup

Badges will be mailed to the address given on the form to all registrants residing in the US who register by 18 March 2011. Badges for attendees registered after 18 March and all attendees residing outside the US will be held for pickup on-site. Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration counters.

International Attendees: If you pre-registered, you may pick up your badge when you arrive at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) outside of the International Terminal.

IAH Airport badge pick-up hours are:
29 April — 1200-1900 hours
30 April — 1100-1900 hours
1 May — 1100-1700 hours
2 May — 1000-1500 hours

Photo Identification Required

To ensure a secure conference, photo identification (passport or driver's license) is required. Items may be subject to search before entering the OTC areas at Reliant Park.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 19 April 2011. Cancellations made after 19 April 2011 will not be refunded.

Photography Policy

All OTC sessions are protected by US copyright laws. Photography and video/audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited in the sessions and throughout the exhibition area.

OTC On Demand

OTC On Demand is an interactive, online portal to access presentations, digitally recorded and available as audio synchronized to PowerPoint presentations.  Following the conference, OTC On Demand will be available to members and nonmembers who paid the 4-day registration fee.
